Blu-Ray Problem?

Anyone else seem to have a problem with the disc playing? I upgraded the firmware and have played other movies so I don't think it's the player. The problem is after the loading screen appears the video only shows up on the left side of the area where the yellow box used to be.

Are you using a PS3? I've heard that there isn't enough memory or something.

I just watched it on my PS3 and didn't have any problems at all. BTW, I hated this movie.

i figured it out.you need to plug a usb 2.0 2gb flash drive in your player.dont know why they did that.
