I'm going to embark on a most noble, worthwhile endeavour; I'm going to make a list of private-part related injuries in film:

* Antichrist: Woman whacks man in testicles with plank of wood, cuts her clit off with pair of scissors.
* Austin Powers: The Spy Who Shagged Me: Fat man gets hit in the crotch.
* Baby Geniuses: Two men get whacked in the testicles with a ski.
* Black Sheep: Man gets penis ripped off by mutant sheep.
* Blank Check: Guy gets hit in crotch by tennis ball.
* Braindead/Dead Alive: Zombie baby punchs man in crotch.
* Cannibal Ferox: Castration, woman gets fish-hooks stuck through both breasts.
* Cannibal Holocaust: Castration.
* Casino Royale: Bond gets whacked in the testicles with knotted rope.
* Crank 2: High Voltage: Woman whacks man in crotch with bicycle wheel, woman gets shot through both breasts so implants melt out the holes in the sides, Chev gets hit in crotch while sliding down banister, police officer gets bitten in testicles by dog, Chev gets electrical torture in the testicles.
* Fight for your Life: Man shoots another man in the crotch.
* Home Alone 3: Man gets whacked in the testicles with a golf club.
* Hostel 2: Woman cuts man's genitals off with shears.
* I Spit on Your Grave: Woman cuts head of man's penis off with knife.
* Ilsa: She-Wolf of the SS: Castration.
* The Last House on the Left: Woman bites man's penis off.
* Monster in Law: Woman gets elbowed twice in the vagina.
* Postal: Verne Troyer punches some guy in the crotch.
* Salo or the 120 Days of Sodom: Girl gets nipples burned with lighter, boy gets penis burned with lighter.
* Scary Movie 4: Man gets kicked in the crotch by a machine.
* See Spot Run: Gangster gets both testicles bitten off by a dog.
* Shrek 2: Donkey kicks Shrek in the testicles.
* Snakes on a Plane: Snake bites a woman's breast, another snake bites a man's penis.
* Splatter: Naked Blood: Woman eats own vagina lips.
* Teeth: 3 men get their penises bitten off by toothed vagina.
* Tokyo Gore Police: Man gets penis bitten off.
* Urotsukidoji: Legend of the Overfiend: Guy cuts own penis off.

You sure you want to include every single punch, kick, etc to the groin and not just limit this to more violent things? Anyway this is kind of twisted but funny.

* Beethoven - A dog bites a man's crotch.
* Dumb and Dumber - man repeatedly kicked and punched, then bitten in testicles by another man.
* Friday the 13th Part 3 - A man walking on his hands is hit between the legs with a machete, killing him.
* Grind House: Planet Terror - man's testicle severed.
* Ichi the Killer - Woman's nipples stretched with metal clamps and then sliced off.
* Kiss, Kiss, Bang, Bang - A man's testicles are electrocuted as a means of torture.
* Neighbor - A small metal rod is inserted into a man's penis.
* Robocop - A man is shot in the penis.
* Silent Hill - Woman is raped and split in two with barbed wire.
* Sin City - man shot in groin, years later his regrown genitals are torn off by another man's bare hands. Another man takes a hatchet in the taint.
* Strangeland - A man pierces a young man's penis.
* Sudden Impact - Several men are shot in the groin. A woman is shot in her breast.

Where's the pectorals on guys with hooks through them in Saw 3D or Man Called Horse? or the scene in The New York Ripper where the killer is slicing off a woman's nipple with a razor?
