Also what does Bing Crosby mean?
Chicken and Brocoli is Chinese food, so maybe it meant Chinese? They were Chinese guys. Chinese food=chinese fools for messing with Chev Chelios???
Could have been the director or Jasan Statham messing with us. Like the "How's your father?" commeent in Austin Powers, when he is talking dirty.
In Lock, Stock and two smoking Barrels I think Bee's meant money, because Bee's and honey=money, but they just started saying bee's (if I remember correctly) so maybe the slang is not always direct rhyming slang.
Septics=Yanks (Americans) Septic Tanks =Yanks. Just a guess.
We named the dog Indy!~ Dr. Henry Jones Sr.
I don't know.

Best line in the movie.
It's just a racial slur against chinese people, suggesting that no matter what the context chinese people all work in chinese restaraunts.
Just go up to a random chinese guy and say "pork fried rice" to duplicate the effect.
With Cockney Rhyming slang, the phrase is usually shortened to the first word, not the rhyming word (this was to make the intended meaning less obvious). Hence, "nice barnet" ('Barnet Fair' = hair).
You're right about 'septics'.
