(Spoilers maybe) So was Orlando...?

Gay all this time? Or did he just happen to work at a gay bar and maybe experimented with guys a little? I'm not judging the character by any means. It's just that Orlando seems so different than he was in the first movie. He was a gangbanger who rolled with some gang that I can assume was straight and ran a strip club. In the second movie, he was a gay biker type who rolled with gay bikers. I guess he was a closet case in the first movie. Like I said, I am not judging gays or the character. I'm just saying that it seemed a little weird how his character was a gangbanger in one movie and then the next movie, he is a gay biker. I guess a lot CAN happen in 3 months (As it was set between Crank and Crank: High Voltage).

i think neveldine and taylor did that on purpose, so people would be like WTF?!

Not thats it gay bashing, just a complete turn from how the charecter was in the first film.

I bought the Blu-Ray recently. Really good picture and sound, by the way. A lot better than I had imagined. I listened to the commentary and Neveldine and Taylor both said that Orlando was already gay. However, I never really understood it in the first movie. Sure, I can see that the gang he was in was more like a hybrid between gangbangers and bikers (The way they held their guns seemed like bangers, but the leather vests said bikers to me). However, they had a half-naked girl dancing in their club which I have always assumed was a strip club. Of course, in the commentary, they did say that Chev is gay friendly, because he was associated with Kaylo as well.
