I'd like to see another Crank sequel, but a TV show would be a bad idea. TV shows are much tamer than movies, have much smaller budgets, have poorer writing (due to the time restraint and constant need for new material), and usually lower caliber actors.
TV series that get movies = good
Movies that get turned into TV series = bad
Aside from animated shows, TV series that are movie spin-offs are almost universally bad.
