he usually does most of stunts himself, so why not? though i agree that this time it was far more crazy than probably anything he had done before.

especially the stunt were Jason use his feet as if he was riding a skateboard know what scene I'm talking about

A lot of those flames were digitally put in through the use of computer generated graphics. One can see this especially at the very end when his face is completely disfigured and burning.

I heard he not only did all his own stunts, but there were no special effects. All of the stuff you see in the film is real ^^.

What I want to know is if he did actually electrocute himself like they showed at the end credits when he flies against the wall.
