It's never shown what's in the box, that's part of the joke. Seeing the amount of "what's in the box" threads on these boards, it worked :P

Isn't it Jason Statham's heart? I mean they removed it in the first few minutes and put it in a cooler with dry ice. Through the movie Statham is on the hunt for his 'Strawberry Heart = Heart'.

I am only about twenty minutes into the movie though, so I could be wrong.
