Cold lionsgate be held accountable for False Advertisement

This movie has to be one of the biggest scams I've seen. As we all know the Cover Title has nothing to do with the actual movie itself.This is flat out blatant false advertisement..Wouldn't this be Illegal?I mean if they can get away with deceiving the public like that whats stopping someone from making a porno and just making the box cover kids oriented with little cartoon characters.

Its not against the law to produce "false advertising" in movies and movie titles. Unfortunately since Lionsgate bought the movie, they can do whatever they want. Its not the director or writer's fault that the cover was changed or the title was changed. I thought Tantrum was a perfect name of the movie, and it was when I was working with the director and producer before the movie got published, but sometimes some things just dont make sense.

Everyone should really complain to Lionsgate, and because of this horrid problem I won't be seeing any of their movies ever again - but I WILL see my friend's movies (like this one that was produced) if they ever publish it with another studio.
