So the plan was to work there until the SAME gang robbed the SAME company. LAME. Could have taken years. Or is the gang was smart, they woulda considered this company burned, and moved on to another.
I think his plan was more to find out who the insider was, that's why he banged the chick and then found her illicit cash.

The way they were going about it they never would have found the group anyway, since it wasn't typical criminals.

Still an idiotic plan. If I would be the insider and see the terminator Statham cleaning up, I would definitely not tell him my plan, but would make sure he would be the furthest away as possible from this. Or just shoot him or at least lock him up. Bringing him in, while knowing he is a literal terminator, was the most idiotic part of the movie.
