How did he end up dying?
shareHe strapped the sausage to his upper leg too tightly. The cord became a tourniquet that cut off circulation between his leg and the rest of his body, and this eventually gave him a heart attack. I would have thought this would just kill the tissue in his leg and make him need amputation, but apparently the blood was getting trapped in the leg and not returning to the heart and that threw his heart into arrest.
He should have just jammed a cucumber in there without fastening it like the guitarist in 'This Is Spinal Tap.' Vegetarians rule!
