No. It was moving around as if a third person was filming them, when it specifically said only two people and a camera were involved. The quality of the tape was also obviously better than that of a camcorder. And if you record something, the "REC" signal and red dot don't appear on the finished tape.

There ARE actually people that stupid. Stoners who think they can't experiment to find a new and more powerful high. Interestingly enough, people that stupid eventually end up getting killed one way or another. It's the way death weeds out the idiots(pun intended).
