Ok, I need help understanding one of the deaths

So I was watching this program today for the first time and I've seen several episodes because there is a marathon playing... anyways... they showed a girl who was in some sort of chamber gas after being scuba diving and they said she somehow exploded but I didn't understand very well the explanation because English is not my first language so I got a little bit lost. If someone knows which one I'm talking about please explain. Thanks

BTW I think that the name of the episode was tanked girl...

The girl you're talking about was scuba diving but had to make an emergency ascent because something went wrong with her breathing tank. Scuba divers can suffer from an illness known as the bends because of nitrogen bubbles forming in their blood. Normally, a scuba diver would ascend slowly to give the bubbles time to dissipate, but since this girl came up quickly she had to spend hours in a decompression chanber. A worker accidentally opened the chamber, which was at 7 atmospheres, which resulted in the diver's blood expanding very quickly and her exploding.
