This was a complete lie. Story of the man forced to go searching for gold and a fish called candiru swim up urine stream into penis and when pulled out the fish pulls out his penis-guts resulting in a school of piranhas to be drawn to blood which proceed to devour man alive.
The only truth is the kind of fish-candiru, yes it swam up his peepee stream into him but the man survived, he went to the hospital and had the fish surgically removed.
