Have You Seen/Heard The Deaths In The News?

Have you seen or heard about the deaths from the show in the news or other sources before? If so, what were the deaths?

#64 - Habeas Corpse (Inspired by the death of Garry Hoy, I mentioned his death I think when Season 1 was first aired)
#444 - Jawboned
#88 - Pussy Whipped
#818 - Frightmare
#412 - Hair Today,Gone Tomorrow
#14 - Harry He-Done-Y (I'm sure everyone knows this one)

I think there's another, but it's not coming to mind right now.

Edit:
#400 - Fat-ility
#??? - Shafted

I'm a bit surpised that I haven't heard about "Weld Dead" before, considering I'm in the Scranton area.

the "Blades of Gory" episode where the guy got cut in the neck with the hockey skate blade actually happened twice in the NHL, but neither guy died thank goodness.

I don't remember the title of the episode, but it's the one about the model who ate 30 lbs of meat after she starved herself. That actually did happen a few years ago before they portrayed it on the show.

they just had something in the news online within the past few days about another person that died after gaming too long and not taking a break.

I always thought the writers of this show take the cause of death they have read somewhere and just make up a story around it - many of the situations that cause the death are just silly. Like the stripper clown who chokes on the ballon is just stupid. I'm sure someone read a story about a guy who choked on a ballon and died and thats boring so they write this silly clown thing around it cause thats better for their silly show.

It's not like they don't mention that before like every episode.

I see where they say don't try this and the names have been changed, but never have I seen them say the stories are made up.

they say "the stories are based on real deaths", something fairly new since it simply used to say "the deaths portrayed are real". They obviously have to come up with some filler for the story since these are re-enactments and not actual footage in most cases so they would have to re-imagine what was done, what was said, and what the circumstances were that led to the occurrence of the bizarre death.
