Bringing a Program out into the real world
No, just... no.
But then, morons who like this movie will then say "If Flynn could be converted into electronic impulses, then why not a Program into a real live person?" Because Flynn was a living, breathing, EXTREMELY COMPLEX human being. A Program is basically what they're written to be, and I'm sorry to say, even the most extremely complex computer program is pathetically basic compared to a human being.
On another note: In the original Tron, Flynn and a few Programs wore what appeared to be partial robes over themselves, like Roman togas. Was that meant to symbolise wisdom and seniority or something?
