Why do people act like this movie had the worst plot ever told.

I mean i have seen movies in the last few years that had worse plots. You know like Star Trek Into Darkness, Amazing Spider-man 2, Transformers 4.

I wouldn't even compare Tron: Legacy with those other films. This was a smart continuation on a really interesting and unique story. The Tron movies make you think and draw allegories from real life.

I agree that there are other movies out there with worse plots. Amazing Spider-Man 2 is one of them.

To me, the plot seemed a little deeper after repeated viewings. You realize how complex and efficient CLU's plan actually was; so Flynn's utter surrender into hiding just makes more sense.
