Does anyone know what was in that letter that the team's counsellor left for Ted?
He didn't read it immediately but was shocked or surprised when he finally did.

Was she falling in love with Ted and decided to leave because it was all getting a bit much for her?

I thought she was an alcoholic and needed to stop because she feared to have a relapse if she continue counseling.
