I hate this for many reasons but

this one really ticks me off.

I am so freaking sick and tired of the hero of our movie having to act like a gdomaned puzzy against the bullies.

SO WHAT IF HE HAS A POWER TO FIGHT. USE IT.

At the very beginning when the bully just brings him down after actually destroying his bike he gets all" I am better than this and could hurt him but I am not going to use my power to teach this bastard a lesson because it would bring dishonor (sor some such BS) to me and my teacher" BS.

Seriously they do this in every Effing movie. STOP IT.

He should have cleaned that guys clock right then and there.

I am so sick of writers doing this. Let the hero kick butt right off the bat.

Sure he does show some of what he has but this promise BS has to stop in movies. Clean clock.
