It couldn't be a repudiation of Objectivism so much as a comment on it's feasibility. Where Objectivism was shown to be working, it was working well, and it wasn't shown to be breaking down due to its own flaws, but where it was departed from due to being exploited, co-opted, or to as a reaction to exploitation/co-opting.
If it was intended to repudiate Objectivism, it really didn't do such a good job; as DrM said the characters weren't fair representations, and there wasn't critique on clearly Objectivist principles so much as on their distortions.
I'm neither pro nor anti-Objectivist; it makes some good points, but some of its premises and conclusions aren't so sound, and this game either missed its opportunity to explore those, or only pretended that was its goal.
