I can't even run this game on medium Without the lag. And I believe it exceeds the minimum requirements.

Damn that sucks, your computer exceeds maximum requirements and all.

Except for the graphics card, correct me if I'm wrong but that model is just an integrated chip-set, not a real card, am I right?

Other then doing something about that, you might want to turn off AA if you already haven't, update all drivers and always add the most RAM your motherboard can support. I know 2 gig is more then enough, but more RAM never hurt anyone.

Can you elaborate on the steps to turn of AA? Any help is much appreciated

Sorry, I don't have the PC version, but if you look at the Options > Graphics > Advanced Options (they are usually here in games) and either lower or stop AA (anti-Aliaising), if it is on by default.

Then restart game.

Might want to turn off advanced shadow effects, lighting and lower textures as well if not already. They are big system hogs too, they tax your video card a lot.
