I'm a student studying media and for my Final Major Project I'm going to do a short film based on Bioshock the game. It would be must appreciated if you guys and gals can give me any ideas of what to include, how too shoot it, or any other things you think I should add. When I'm finished some feedback would be great too.

You need US to tell you how to make your OWN film? If you really wanted help, you are going to have to be a LOT more specific about what you hope to do. "fan filmed based on Bioshock" is vague, we have no idea about your resources, time or brief.
Just give it up - anyway unless you were going to do animation it's too ambitious anyway. Not to mention totally unoriginal.
