Old man(spoiler)
Ruined it by making him the boss. Had so much impact with his death in Marble game that I felt cheated when he came back and revealed himself back again who he actually is.
shareI thought it was great since it added yet another surprise twist. I didn't see it coming. The meeting with the old man also brought Gi-Hun back to life. The old man also explained the origins of the game and the bet on the homeless man was quite meaningful.
