shareYeah I saw a police dash cam shooting where the guy got out of the car & shot the officer & got shot & fatally wounded in return-but he climbed back into his car & 'peeled out' of the scene like nothing happened; he was found later dead of his wounds.

Keep in mind: these dudes are from a group of tough mo-fos that was whittled down 70-80% by process of nearly killing them! The first 4 weeks of BUD/S is designed to take men far past the breaking point and find the one's who will not quit. Who will die trying before they quit. It's only after they find these hard-boiled dudes that they start training them to be commandos. Which goes on for over a year. Add in their individual basic training and then the SEAL selection course, it's close to two years of training with some of the hardest training ever imagined. Not only are they naturally wired NOT to quit no matter how bad things are...they are also trained to be even harder. Hardcore *beep* no doubt.
