I have seen nearly every single horror movie, from nearly every country. I love them, and very very rarely to they shake me... but someone explain why this one had me with all my lights on when I went to bed, and googling you tube videos of people's reactions so I didn't have a nervous breakdown from being so disturbed????? This movie was in many ways over the top, had some questionable story lines and acting.. but seriously????
shareI was the same way! I think it's the realness of it all that was so scary. I was so scared of this movie for years until I saw this review: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Mn6ZC2K0RQ0 and finally started to see the movie as a joke. I'm sure you've already seen this though since you searched for reactions on youtube. If you haven't then the reviewer does a good job at explaining why it was so scary (he brings up the usage of silence and anticipation provoking a more fearful response from the viewer).
