It's a little insulting that the season before they conceived Saint was all about Kim's struggle to pregnant. Now she's having pregnancy scares. I get some women experience secondary infertility and then they're fertile mertle so we can't judge kim. But with that family always coniving to stay relevant, I almost wonder if they did ivf to ensure it was a boy and make seem kim more sympathic by having her struggle with infertility. Idk..I was going through a miscarriage/recovery when Kim's 2nd pregnancy aired on kuwtk and it was frustrating the way she complained about being pregnant and flew around the world to eat junk food then cried when she was borderline diabetic. So I'm just bitter

Oh, that "pregnancy scare" was completely staged to get her more Snapchat followers.

This is going to sound awful and I'm not one to diss the Kardashians (I watch them after all) but...I was sort of feeling like they were setting up for an infertility storyline that didn't need to happen. Like if she was having troubles (which she appeared to have some) they were gonna milk it. But I think she just didn't get pregnant easily so when she finally did, the storyline was abandoned.

I thought I saw a scene from a show where she told someone she wanted to make sure it was a boy. She claimed to have so much trouble getting pregnant, I assumed she had IVF. Most 'celebrities' have IVF, if they want a certain sex or twins.
