For once we might be on the same page. I think Iron Man is absolutely fantastic! It is what after all jumpstarted the whole thing. See here is another issue I call it trend chasing. Notice how studios try and emulate anything that is the measuring stick at a specific time? Want an example? What before the Avengers was the highest grossing critically successful comic book film? The Dark Knight! Notice something about Man of Steel, Amazing Spider-man? Both have a Dark serious more realistic tone. Stripping away color and the comic book fantasy aspect. That was because during their production The Dark Knight was what everyone wanted to emulate.

Okay what changed in 2012? What shifted? Well in 2012 the highest grossing comic book movie was the Avengers. Avengers was what brought the Dark Knight to it's knees. Was it a better film? Heavens no but it was more financially successful. Now notice how in BVS Dawn of Justice and Amazing Spider-man 2 shift from their predecessor? What changes? Both now emulate the team up and universe building that the MCU was known for. How Many Easter eggs are in both BVS and Amazing Spider-man 2 that allude to future films? The sequel bating and product placement in those films is down right ridiculous. Amazing Spider-man 2 also changed because that one ups the color into overdrive, a far outcry from the colorless gritty take the predecessor had.

Again it is why I liked the Batman. I do not like when the director has no voice in the project. Lots of MCU movies to me just hire yes men directors and allow very limited creative freedom. They keep them on an assembly line and look over their shoulder. They want it to remain safe and marketable. No risks no chances etc. I enjoy Nolan's films because even though they have flaws they are his Batman films. Same with Tim Burton's Batman films, Matt Reeves's Batman film and films like Sin City, Logan etc. Since the director has a voice it feels unique. Honestly I hated that the movie Dredd in 2012 bombed. Such a shame when inspired good movies bomb where as anything mcu will rake in cash.

When the criticism is is not shared by the majority then you are in the minority. Overall the Batman was a critical success as well as a financial one. You not liking it and your critiques are not shared by the majority. Therefore catering to the minority makes no sense. In the case of She Hulk you might have a case because the majority of people do not like it. The issue is you always want to be appeased whether you are in the minority or not.

Not necessarily a myth. Watch how many racist things you will see posted on Black Panther Wakanda Forever once it is released. The critics are paid! The box office numbers are fake to make this movie look good! Nobody can like Black Panther without you being a shill of some kind. You have to agree the movie is trash otherwise you are a brainwashed leftist liberal. People have their mind made up before even seeing the film. Prey was an example of this also. Where there is smoke there is fire. Now on the flip side are there times where they use it to cover up for bad film making? Such as Ghostbusters 2016, Captain Marvel the new Star Wars etc. In those cases yes it is a shield but that is not always the case and you know it. However in cases like Prey, Black Panther, The Batman, Mad Max Fury Road etc. Those are good films that people constantly try and bring down because they do not agree with the ideology of it. They are not objective or fair about it at all.

They admitted it in this instance. You are running with it and making the assumption/generalization that this is always the case. This is deceptive and disenguine by you.
