Where's Quarantine 3?

I periodically check online to see if there are any new rumors or information going around regarding a third film and I've yet to find anything. If you've seen Q2, then you know how open they left the story, and how much sense a third film makes. What's taking so long?

the first Quarantine was awesome. Q2 was complete *beep* They need to follow in the footsteps of what REC 2 did and keep the POV perspective. *beep* a Q3
