Music in trailer

The music of the trailer is from Ennio Morricone's original score? If so, it seems it's going to be another masterpice from the composer of "Cinema Paradiso", "The Mission" and "Once Upon a Time in America".

I can't wait the reviews from Venice!

I think it's the original score, because the music definitely sounds like Morricone but I've never heard it in another film he did. It sounds truly brilliant. Can't wait to see this!

Thanks for the comment, vanbasten88. I agree: the music sounds terrific, and its combination of nostalgia, drama and humor fits perfectly the images of the trailer. Hopefully it will be one of Morricone's best works! He is truly a living legend...
By the way, which is your favorite score of this master? I love all of his "classic" creations ("Once Upon a Time...", "The Mission", etc.), but my preference lies in the rejected music for "What Dreams May Come". It's so intense, religious, sad... a masterpiece.

my vote goes for 'danger: diabolik' and 'navajoe joe.' where did you hear the rejected score for 'what dreams may come'? that sounds like it could be very interesting.

Hi Darbole, thanx for the post! I agree this is one of the best pieces I ever heard from Morricone. How could this possibly have been rejected?!
