shareYeah.. sorry it wasn't a surprise at all.. I was waiting almost the entire movie for the ex to show up. I mean.. you KNEW the whiny girlfriend wasn't going to work.. in the first 3 minutes.. so I was just waiting the entire time for the ex to show up.
I was let down. Yes, we knew she would show up. But once she admitted she f^cked around with anything and everything after the divorce, I really had my doubts that this guy would take her back.
"Honey, I want a divorce so I can tramp it up with a sh^tload of strangers. Once I figure out how empty and whorish that makes me feel, I'll come back."

I actually thought the best twist was when Verbal walked out of the police station with his usual limp that gradually got better as he slipped into
the limo and vanished.
