Just by asking, "Will you have sex with me?" Pretty unfortunate that they wouldn't think for themselves.

Or they could've said "Would you give me all the money you have saved up now?" to many people and that could've made them rich.

Yeah, that would probably work with no terms and conditions applied to that covenant. 

You could also bankrupt them ya know....
