Was anybody else puzzled by the state of intoxication that Carl was in when he arrived to the morning jogging thing?
Sure, Red Bull has caffeine and sugar, but he was acting like he was whacked out on amphetamines or something.
He may have drunk quite a few, but i have had a full night drink Vodka & Red Bull; it sure didn't affect me like that.
I think that was Jim Carey/Carl just taking it to the next level more than the red bull having effect.

My guess is that the script originally had him doing extasy instead of redbull, but some executive got scared that they might get in trouble for glorifying drug use, so they simply changed every mention of extasy to redbull instead. It ruined all the jokes, and came off as rather weird, but hey... at least nobody got offended. Pu$$ies.
shareHmmmmmmmmmmm. Golly, I wonder if it might have been exaggeration/hyperbole for a bit of silly comedic effect and should not be taken so seriously. We will probably never know for sure. One of life's bitter mysteries.
