Who is not a killer?

There's a quote in the film where a character says "[someone's] brilliant. She's one of the best in France, but she's not a killer. If you don't walk on people, you don't get ahead." I wrote this quote down for a quote book I keep but I can't read the name of the person. Can someone tell me how to spell it since I've returned the DVD? In my notes, it's written as "Len's" which I don't think is right.

It's Léa, Juliette's sister, her school colleague is talking about her.

Oh, that makes so much more sense now. Thanks. And actually, I finally wrote it in my quote book as "Lea" thinking it was someone's last name so I was right by accident.
