Michel said that Juliette reminded him of a character from a book. What was the author's name?
If you know the name of the book, that would be nice too.

From looking around on the web, it looks as if the book is Giono's L'Iris de Suse, which was published the year he died and which apparently has a character "L'Absente" (the absent woman).
