The Willard character?
I wonder what people thought of the Willard character since I thought he was pretty awesome.

I thought that Miles Teller as Willard as well as Julianne Hough were the only good things about this movie. Well, the dancing was good, too! ;-) But what a horrible script and Ren was a sulky brat too often instead of a leading man. Poorly written or poorly directed to make him look that way.
As for Miles Teller, I just checked and realized he was in Rabbit Hole with Nicole Kidman and Aaron Eckhart. He was great in that movie!!
