I understand what they were trying to do but I don't think they should have used some of the old songs/country music mixed with rap and grinding, I know they were trying to appeal with everyone but it just seems crazy to do that. What do you think?
shareI loved the music. Throughout the entire movie I kept thinking how I can't wait to get the soundtrack! I mean, I love the original songs too...the original Footloose and the songs will always have a place in my heart, but I really loved what they did to change up the songs. Now let me make it clear that I'm not into hard core rap by any means, but I really enjoyed the songs in this movie. Especially "Holding Out for a Hero"..wow..the way they re-did that...amazing.
