deja vu is better left in the 80s

Just watched midway in HBO and I just couldn’t bear to post, well enough for the re-make Hollywood, this is just an attempt, in failure, in re-displaying the dynamic lead played by the talented Kevin Bacon back in 1980s when I quite had my good day in enjoying watching him right in the movie theater, the real mover theater where you did spend your time hanging out there for 2 hours. The only difference is the father mentioned the trend of the youths for using smartphone, pad, and whatever dominates the lives of our newer generations (20-30-year-olds).

I truly doubt why Hollywoodians have done so much for the re-makes but have ended up wasting time for promoting such a nostalgia, huh ?

Totally uncalled-for remake.

I agree with you 100%. I sat there watching it wondering why they bothered to remake it when most of the lines were the same, most of the actors were lookalikes and they even used music from the original soundtrack. Leave it alone we can watch the old one!!!!!!!

I am a huge fan of Dennis Quaid, why use the guy with the best smile and put him in a role where he is frowning the whole time.
