The sucession plan for Thor was right there with Jane Foster Cap and Iron Man have their successors with Sam Wilson, Peter Parker and RiRi Williams.

Not really a fan of Mighty Thor or Ironheart but War Machine should just change his name to Iron Man if Sam Wilson is Captain America. They haven't introduced Miles Morales yet but it will probably be soon. Not that I don't like Morales it's just I'm a much bigger Peter Parker as Spider-Man fan. We haven't even had a chance to see adult Peter Parker yet.
