hold up.. israeli passport holders can travel to turkey?
because when uae and israel made an agreement, turkey banned direct flights from the uae.

Sure they can. You can check the Turkey visa policy page on Wikipedia. As for the flights suspension or treats to cut ties with UAE over establishing diplomatic relations with Israel - it's just a political circus to make turkish electorate think that Erdogan cares about Palestinians
