Then takes charge of an 8 year old girl and walks her on the subway and streets of NYC.
OK, maybe tell us what is wrong with this creeper who doesn't respond to anyone's conversation.
I am hopeful this will settle down into something understandable, but man, this first episode is annoying.
I’m halfway through the premier and I cannot STAND this clueless, feckless loser. I would enjoy watching him die a very slow, painful, humiliating and public death. This is not enjoyable in the least, so far.

This is the weirdest show. I felt the same way, and there was just barely enough to keep me watching, basically to find out what was the point of this character. It get better ... but it also gets worse. ;-)
I won't say any more, but there are parts about it I like, and on whatever platform this is on, I forget ... Apple? ... there are some discussions between episodes that try to put some perspective on the plot.
