Is this show improv-ed?

I think that this show is improved, like Reno 911. Anybody know for sure?

It seems like it, especially because they don't know what the guests will say (right?), so they can't plan it out exactly. I think the "on-air" stuff is improved, at least; not the stuff going on in the office.

I could totally be wrong, though! I came here to figure out if the radio guests knew that Lance isn't for real & this is a joke (sort of like "Punk'd"). Either that, or they're really good at acting like they're confused by Lance!

Well, since Lance was on the Office with Angela Kinsey and on Monk with Tony Shaloub, I'm pretty sure that the guests know that this is not a real show.

Of course they know it's not a real show! The cameras recording them probably give that away.

Lance was on Conan recently talking about the show and basically the celebs know the basic premise of being a guest on the radio show as part of a comedy programme and basic plot-lines, but a lot of the dialogue thrown at the guests is improvised (or at least unknown until they hear it). You can tell that a lot of the reactions are genuine - they are quite often speechless and amused.
