I was reading this blog, listing his top 10 favorite films and this one ranked on the list, but do you think it's fairly listed or not?

Most certainly not, I think it's terrible. NOt nearly deserving to be in the top 10.

It wasn't the best Disney and although it may still be a fairly decent film it's definitely not a top 10

I honestly thought it was terrible and did not enjoy it at all. It would probably rank as one of my lowest Disney films.

It's not only outside the top ten, it's one of the weakest Pixar movies to date. Take away the opening montage and the movie is completely forgettable.

It is as of now my favorite animated movie. Just ahead of How to train your Dragon

It's my 2nd favourite Disney film. Fantasia is my personal favourite Disney film and my favourite Animated film of all time. Otherwise, Up definitely deserves a spot in the top 10.
