Suggestions to improve the Oscars?

I'm curious about recommendations on how to actually improve the Oscars.

Here's mine:

1. Show more movie clips of past films, clips of notoriety, truly remarkable performances, et cetera;
2. Select additional interesting awards along with the big ones;
3. Cut down on the skits
4. Develop additional awards that actually represent the truly best and not merely fan favorites;
5. Do more about the history of filmmaking.
6. Get rid of vapid crap that is actually meaningless.

Present all categories live during the show.
Eliminate skits completely.
Make sure all presenters are connected to film.
Have only 1 host.
Don't mock or belittle the nominated films.

CANCEL THE WHOLE RETARDED CONCEPT OF HANDING OUT AN AWARD FOR BEST ARTIST.
THERE IS NO SUCH A THING.
IT IS AGAINST THE VERY SPIRIT OF ART.
