Worst directed, acted, written big budget movie ever

The dialogue was so bad I didn't know whether to cringe or laugh. The acting and directing was so left field that I wonder
1) how in the world the actors - esp. Channing Tatum and the Wayan - got casted and
2) was the director high when he signed off on some of the scenes

There were some big, talented names -- Sienna Miller, Dennis Quaid, Arnold Vosloo -- and their scenes and delivery were laughable which makes you question the directing. Don't let me get started on Tatum and the Wayan. Lord alone knows how Channing Tatum still gets acting jobs.

I wouldn't say ever, but close and in my opinion, it sounds like you haven't seen Avatar or you would be posting this over there.

I totally agree, this movie was just a train wreck.

I myself often ask the same question about Channing Tatum getting acting jobs. He's awful. Just awful.

Anyway, my biggest problem with this movie was that it was big budget and it didn't even look good. The special effects were not that cool and the script was crap.

I mean seriously, I really want to know, where did the $170 million go?

Some of us have very short memories... sure, this movie blew, but 'Wild Wild West' or 'League of Extraordinary Gentlemen,' anyone?

'GI Joe' was directed by Stephen Sommers, whose other credits include the 'Mummy' series, 'Deep Rising,' and 'Van Helsing.' With a track record like that, it's probably safe to blame him for almost everything that's wrong with this movie.

Van Helsing, Waterworld and Quantum of Solace are far worse for big budget crap.

Although the G.I. Joe movie isn't that great either, but it was compared to the upcoming movie about tiny blue creatures and believe me, this will make transformers 2 and G.I. Joe look like classics

The Smurfs.

The Two Party system sucks ass and always will
