Didn't think it was as bad as people made out.

Let me start by saying the movie is far from perfect. People that find fault with it, I can totally see why.

Me personally, I was entertained. I know a lot of people thought it was going to be me "Commando" and less "Crazy weapons and underwater bases" people forget, that's what the cartoon was. Doesn't always work in RL but he I was entertained.

The only characters I had a problem with was Duke and that's all Channing Tatum. I thought JLG and Eccleston played their character with good but not over the top seriousness. There was action and explosions, The ninjas fought...hell so did the babes. I got exactly what I expected. To me, if they're going to keep anything from the cartoon GI Joe, it's going to be somewhat "campy".

Like I said, The movie could've been much better but I still think it was entertaining. I'd give it a C+.

Now those Transformers movie(well, after the 1st one) those are a different story.

I don't, that's just my 2 cents.

Sounds about right. It wasn't great but I was able to finish the whole movie unllike Transformers. And Snake Eyes vs Storm Shadow is one of the greatest rivalries in all fiction.

And Snake Eyes vs Storm Shadow is one of the greatest rivalries in all fiction. >>> Too bad they ruined it here with all the silly flashbacks that really wasted that great story and turned it into two rival kiddies who didn't like one another. They should have stayed with their conflict in the present and only hinted at the back story, saving that for a sequel where it could be fleshed out properly. Instead, they wasted it.

Whose idea was it for the word "Lisp" to have an "S" in it?
