But it seems all but impossible to do. Could finally give the character the film treatment he deserves. He always seemed to be the best would-be break-out character in every medium he's been in.

Seeing is a major character trait involves Snake Eyes refusing to speak, I don't think an entire movie should revolve around him. They'd have to surround him with several supporting characters, which to a point would probably make the idea of a spinoff kind of redundant. And besides, what more is there to explore that hasn't already?
