Whose is easy was it to put lips on Snake Eyes?

Snake Eyes is one of the coolest characters ever in G.I.Joe! When I was a kid, Snake Eyes, and Stormshadow were my prized possessions. In both G.I.Joe movies, Snake Eyes is played by Ray Park, and brilliantly I might add, but the costume in the first one is terrible! Thank God they fixed it for the sequel!

I think the OP means, "Whose idea was it" - to put lips on SnakeEyes.
I'm assuming the OP was typing with a smartphone or tablet ???
