who plays the angry customer on phone?

Before Tank is asked to be an ass to Alexis he gets a call from an angry customer. To me, he sounds like Robert from Everybody Loves Raymond, but my boyfriend insists it is Vince Vaughn. I can't find the character in the cast list or in credits. Anyone have any idea?

I've got twenty riding on this so it would be nice to know. :)

That was by far my favorite part in the whole movie! I'm wondering if anyone can find a movie clip of that part?? or even a quote of what it says??
