I finally got around to watching this..

I'm a huge zombie/crazy infected humans movie fan.. but I've been putting this movie off for a while. First, because I hate reading subtitles.. it's hard to pay attention to what's going on and read at the same time, especially horror films. And mostly because of how disappointing Quarantine was.

So, I didn't think reading subtitles through basically the same movie was worth it.... But four years later, decided to finally just give it a try..... one of the creepiest movies I've ever seen in a long long time. The atmosphere and the acting was so much better in this movie. Especially the ending, I have no clue why Quarantine decided to take a completely different route in the end after basically cut and pasting every scene through most of the movie. This movie was just executed much better. I think I'll have to give REC 2 a try now. I can't say the same about Quarantine 2.

I was in the same boat. No matter how many subtitled movies I watch, it always takes some motivation for me to watch them (please everyone call me lazy), for some strange reason. I always get used to the subs within 5 minutes anyway and I am almost fluent in Spanish so I don't know why as a zombie lover I put this off, especially since I liked both Quarantine movies.

It was awesome. I couldn't take my eyes off of the screen for a second. I agree that it was executed so well and the POV filming really made you feel like you were there. The characters were so well done from the cop in charge to the seldom-seen Pablo. Great movie.
