Finally saw Rec. I think Quarantine is slightly better though.

I can follow 90% of the Spanish without subtitles and so that helped, but it just didn't seem as fantastic or grand as Quarantine did. Jennifer Carpenter really has a way of making panicky scenes work better too. I also like the larger cast and diversity of the residents a bit more.

The differences in the opening, the way they Americanized it was good too. Granted, they got to just copy and make-better the original, but I still enjoyed it more. I'm not saying Rec wasn't good, it's just that it didn't scare me.

I see a lot of you have very violent opinions on why Rec is better than Quarantine though. Oh well. It's just an opinion guys. At least I'm being honest. I watch basically any horror movie that comes out.
