VERY Similar to Demons 2?

I love this movie, it's one of my favorite horror films.
But for those of you who have seen it, wouldn't you agree [REC] is verrry similar to Demons 2?

it's the exact same premise, minus the firefighters and shakey cam

At first glance it looks very similar to Demons 2, but the general theme is very different. The only similarity is that they can't leave this apartment block.

Actually, the way they get infected is similar as well, also, since they're possessed by demons that makes it even more similar.

I think Rec and Demons2 were also similar in that the characters made funny noises instead of speaking and you had to read the words along the bottom of the screen to see what the noises meant.
